I recently researched a bunch of Icon packages for the same reason. I would recommend AX-Icons by Axialis. It's easy to use, and very featureful. It's shareware (45 day trial) with a $14 registration fee if you decide to keep using it. You can find it in the downloads section at cnet.com.
