Hi Larry:

I've seen that error also. As I recall, we never came up with a solid reason, but the person who had this had 1) the printer off line (which shouldn't matter), and 2) lots and lots of different windows open for other windows apps. Upon re-boot the problem went away. I think we also re-installed the printer for that workstation or changed to a different, compatible printer driver. Maybe memory leakage from somewhere, but it was not repeatable on demand, so hard to really resolve permanently.

Its not much, but if you come up with something better, I'm all ears...
