Great! We have a little house on the Thames and walk to work along the river every day and feed the swans on the way in. I'll be back in the states for 2 weeks at the end of the month (going to SoCal) and I am really looking forward to that!

If you try the things I suggested in my other response and still can't get this working, why don't you just zip up the form along with any data it requires and e-mail it to me. I'll have a look at it and see if I can help you sort it out.
