I've tried the following and it still writes a file with 0 bytes and sends the report to the printer.

REPORT FORM G:\db\subd\RPT_alfa.FRX TO FILE G:\db\reports\test.jim NOCONSOLE

I used the jim extension thinking that perhaps NT was seeing the TXT extension and processing automatically to the printer but that didn't work either.
