I'd agree - Rick's book is well written and copvers the topic in detail. You can order it either from the publisher (www.hentzenwerke.com), from Amazon (www.amazon.com), or best, from Rick's Web site (www.west-wind.com) - the last time I checked, Amazon was out of stock, and the book was in the process of being reprinted. Rick actually had copies on hand!
