>I would like to be able to control which categories of messages I see. Some of the categories here just aren't all that useful to me, and frankly I never read them, yet, I still have to wait for the headers of them to download.

We thought of that at first. However, there is some good and bad in it. Sometimes, you can have a valuable header which was posted in another category. You can even have a message which is directed to you from that category. As for the process to handle that, we'll have to implement a way so you can choose all categories you want. That need to be applied for all forum. That will need to be constantly updated as we are constantly enhancing the categories structure. As for the time to download the headers, this won't change that much.

That's correct. We don't have a issue for that right now. It's in the list. However, we don't know if it will be implemented. We have less and less people using it. Offline readers are getting old. That's why we only built UTNav to support the most important aspect of the Web interface which is the messages area and still only a small part of it. That's why we came up with new features like the ability to check a bunch of messages in order to only fire one transaction at the server and get a lot of messages to read at the same time. Additional features are coming up in that direction as well.

We also found that some people using UTNav are missing a lot at the Web interface. UTNav is only for a small part of the messages area. We have people using it which are not even aware of the quantity of other data which is on the Web interface.

We are aware of the bill charge for some countries. In some countries, it cost a lot to go on the net. But, we have to follow the main path. We invest where the market is. Our stats indicate that we don't have that much people using it now and not that much incoming data are resulting from it.
