Was nominated (my thanks to those nominated here). Got an email that I was given a jumpstart and being tracked. Then tracked by MS for months (about 7+ months as I remember).
Benefits ? Should be a lot and really I think is a lot except you're as lucky as me :( But since you're not on east there will be a lot for you :)
