You have to concatenate the 2 fields into 1 combobox column. AFAIK, only the first column will appear in the combobox display value. If the second column was the key, you can always concatenate the key and a descript in the first column and repeat the key in the second column. Then set the width of the 2nd column to zero so the user can not see it.
