If you're on a network, make sure you have full privileges to access all the files (.DBF, .FPT, .CDX).

Just a guess, but you might check for filename(s) with the same root but different extensions from those listed above and delete them if found. Check in the .DBF folder and any TEMP directory specified for FoxPro or Windows.
