I just read the survey myself and was shocked by the sudden surge in VB average salaries. I know for Illinois a Visual Foxpro programmer used to make 20% more than a VB programmer, but that's not the case any more. Plus, the employment ads in Central Illinois, Chicago, and St. Louis rarely has a VFP employment ads--the ratio of VB to VFP is probably 15 to 1.
