As for keeping up with the times: I don't think that the internet revolution MUST be talked about by developers everywhere. I'm fortunate enough to be working with some of the authors of FoxTalk at the moment and the work we are doing at the here is pretty standard development.

I'm sure that most developers are doing this kind of work and, as and when the internet revolution becomes more prevalent in the VFP world, there will be more written about it in the publications. These authors are not researchers, they are day-to-day developers who enjoy writing about what they do.

I also became a Premier Member here just to say 'thank you' to the people who helped me when I first came to this site and I recommend it to everybody I can. It's a small price to pay compared to support services and training courses.
