What do I do to let the user select a named connection, the tables in that database, select a table, and then see the fields in that table?

I am setting up two list boxes; One contains the fields in a local source table and the other should contain the fields from the SQL Server database table that is the destination table.

The users have decided since my first posting that they need the flexibility to see all the tables in the SQL Server database, rather than ones I define with remote views.
