Will CR be able to use the forms dataenvironment like the VFP reportwriter can or is it a completely external product which acts on dbf's on disk?

How come noone markets/sells a general report class developed in VFP to replace the cripled VFP reportwriter? It wouldn't even need to be a visual tool, it could be entirely property driven and operate on the currently available datasession/environment as default.

Howard W. Eves says that.

I guess what he ment is that a person who is able to balanse these two extremes makes for a good problem solver.
