Just open up a database and right click on a table and choose modify. You should see a "Field Validation" section. This is where you specify the field level triggers.

Oh, I see, you use the Rule to double as a trigger, and not really use a 'Trigger' at all, right? Thats pretty neat. I'm not trying to validate the new value, but fire code to do extrenal things as well. Thanks Tim! (I think I got your name wrong last time too :-(
