A few suggestions: first, check out this site http://homepages.msn.com/windowsway/bmassi/index.html. Beth Massi has been doing some comparison tests on the two products. (She's active on the microsoft public newsgroups...I don't know that she is around the UT.)

Second, there have been many, many discussions here. If you search, you should be able to find the threads. Not simple, though, since you can't search here on two letter words (VB). :-(

Finally, it's not so much about VFP vs. VB as when to use VFP and when to use VB.
