do you no a program to make thombnail on the fly? with parameter?

like...:
thombnail c:\source.jpg c:\out.jpg

My website is powered by foxweb and foxpro, When the client upload a picture on the server with html page, i need show it in a html directory page.

I dont have any manual intervention to "load the pict, resize & save as a different filename..." all is done by a foxpro program.... i need a subroutine in fox to make a thombnail picture. After this i post it in a webpage picture directory. It's a interactive website....built on the fly with foxweb....

Any idea?
