I read the article, and it was useful. I came up with some code that works which I have included below. I have one question. When I remove the WAIT command, the application flashes on the screen for a second and then vanishes. Why is this? Am I missing some thing? It seems like the READ EVENTS is the culprit. This code works fine (with the WAIT) if I run it outside my application, that is as an PRG instead of EXE.
