I'm trying to figure out why my users are having file access denied problems with setting an index on a cursor. I can run the same program (.exe) on the same server with the same icon and don't get a problem. I'm not using a .dbc, we are currently working with fox 2.6 tables, with hopes to bring them into more native VFP environment, but all the code is 5.0. Anyway, I wrote an SQL statement that creates a cursor, I then index on a field to the cursor name.cdx, set a relation into the cursor and do what needs to be done and then release it all. It is a multi user environment, so I guess I'm not suprised it happened, but what's the best work around for this? TIA!!
