Here is the only think I found:

Basically, it states the duplication can occur with duplicate child records, but we knew that, huh? I don't see anything about the behavior being different between print preview and print. If you can email me the files and report associated with this problem, I'll see if I can duplicate it. If I can, I'll see if I can fix it :-)

If I can't, I'll see that the KB people at MS are aware of it........
