The easiest way is to install TWEAKUI (part of the PowerToys, which can be downloaded from Microsoft's site, or any of the popular freeware/shareware download sites.) You can also do it manually by creating some registry keys by hand; TweakUI gives you a Control Panel applet that handles the management and some other nifty features.

Realize that the information stored in the registry is completely unencrypted, so you essentially are giving up on any real security on the system by doing this.
