Aside from all the excellent advice about re-writing, the simplest possible way to port is to remove all the screen sets from your FPW2.6 project and add in the corresponding spr files.

Then port. The spr files will run like the programs that they are.

Surprise, you are now riding in your flashy new car, pulled by a team of horses, but riding in your new car nontheless.

Good idea? Only if you're really desperate. This does leave open the possibility to replace the spr files one-at-a-time with OOP forms.
