>Hi all,
>I'll be soon working to build an intranet application with Visual FoxPro. So far I've heard a lot of good about West Wind Web Connection. It realy looks like the one to be on the top of the list. I have 2 questions : What about X-Works and FoxWeb, any good or strenghts? Has someone done a comparison table of the three products already?

I am currently working on our Intranet site, and did not find it necessary to use any third party products to make things work. If you are using IIS/NT, it is fairly simple to make a VFP COM object, place it in MTS, and call it from an ASP.
We use the VFP com object to query our legacy data and return XML data back to our ASP pages. Because the Intranet is currently used only to send information to the browser, we have not had to write anything that updated the back end. But we do have plans to create a means of determining if data has been updated and sending the data (XML) back to the IIS server (COM object) for processing to the data source.
