If Ed Rauh (or someone else) didn't beat me to it, you need to load DCOM95 on the user's computer. It's available from the MS Site. Additionally, I suggest that you read Ed's article on detecting DCOM programmatically. This would allow you to check for it in a post-setup executable, and, if not present, do a silent install.
