Frankly, the cost of PUTM (Premiere) is small enough that it is not a major concern to me. So far I find that, with modest exceptions, it is basically two distinct groups of people who use each.

I find UT easier better, in large part because I am Internet illiterate and so have not found the secret to MSIE and looking back into threads, easily storing messages of interest offline, FINDing things, etc. All that is straight-forward HERE.
