I have a data-bound listbox that I want to create functionality whereby a selection is still highlighted when the control's Enabled property is set to .f. There are only four choices available and the customer wants to see them at all times. I chose the listbox over a combo box for this reason.

Should the user have the form open in read-only (View) mode, the user may still see which listbox item currently has focus(was selected), preferably with a colored highlight bar. The default behavior is that when the listbox enabled property is set to false, the selection is not hilighted and the text forecolor is light gray. Does anyone know of a way around this?
