Hi Mike,
Looks like a typo in the class to me since it starts with 1 instead of zero. If you have access to old FPA mags, Mirim L. did a series of articles exploring the foundation classes in the beginning of this year and seems to me she covered the Error Handler class well (if memory serves me right).
BTW - where's Bethel Park?
