You can automate Outlook and run through its different folders, looking at the properties of the messages. I believe there is at least one article here in the knowledge base that tells how to do this.

Outlook express, however, is not an Automation server, and canoot be controlled from within VFP. Opening up a pst file, maybe, but you're on your own here.
