SET EXCLUSIVE OFF
USE MYHELP.DBF
SET HELP TO MYHELP.DBF

Whenever you hit F1, help for that topic will be displayed. Copy the topic from the DBF Help window. Activate the browse and hit CTRL+F. Paste what's on the clipboard in the Find dialog and hit Find Next. When you get a hit in the DETAILS field, edit that field.
