Running total for session - best way to handle?

Peter,

This is quick and off the top of my head so it may not be the best solution but hopefully will help. A couple of options I thought of was:

1. Have a 'Add a New Page' option which gives a grid to enter into and have the running total on the numbers entered there.
2. (This ones easier) If the running total value is not equal to 0 then only allow additions and no modifications. When the user resets the running total to 0 modifications are now available.
