Hmmm... VxDs are often 32-bit virtual device drivers. Even though Dell is usually extremely good at delivering stable machines, you might want to check their Web site for any hardware driver updates. I'd look closely at video driver updates, if available.
Also, if you've added any hardware to the Dell boxes, look very closely at its driver(s).
