I have my table containing data like this..

Month Name
03/99 ABC
04/99 ABC
05/99 ABC
02/99 XYZ
03/99 XYZ

I need to make a report for printing ABC as the name for once, but with different months. Example,

Name : ABC
Month : 03/99
04/99
05/99

Can anybody show me the way to do this? I have study something about Data Grouping but the info that I get is not enough..
