Perhaps it's a training issue. Believe me, you'll *never* account for all the things a user might or might not do.
Make it easy on yourself and get them an "Intro to Windows" book.
I'm not trying to be sarcastic, but in my experience, I've found that standards make things easier for everyone (especially me <g>)
