Please read Markus Egger's wonderful article on the frx structure at http://www.eps-software.com/isapi/eps.dll?KnowledgeBase~DisplayKBDocument~9
(You may need to create a login for yourself.)

Then in your program:

SELECT 0
USE MyReport.frx
COPY TO ...\MyTempDirectory\MyTempReport
REPLACE WITH FOR ....
USE

REPORT FORM ...\MyTempDirectory\MyTempReport TO PRINTER...
