>Is there a way to restrict a user from entering or changing data in a grid for particular columns. I set a specific grid column and grid column text to readonly = .t., but I can still change the values in the grid. How do I prevent a user from changing values on particular columns in a grid? Help appreciated
>

Change the controls within the column to ReadOnly; the control, not the column, is receiveing the input.
