I'm really not sure. Could they just be .dbf's renamed to .tbl. Try 'use'ing one of the .tbl's in VFP. VFP is able to open Clipper .dbf's. Other than that, my best guess is that it's a third party library (though all the ones I've used had the standard extension of .lib)
