I have found that one of my application running on NT 3.51 is not reading the latest change from the disk.

The application is doing a simple condition like this:

IF DATE()<>LASTDATE
...

I manually open the table and change the LASTDATE value. But, the program won't see the change until I quit and reexecute the EXE again.
