It's very hard to say, since you haven't told us anything other than you installed SP3, and absolutely nothing about what causes the error, what the machine configuration was, how you applied SP3, etc.

My experience is that SP3 corrected many (most) of the internal errors that resulted in C5 errors, but it'd be easy to see how incorrect installation of VFP6 or application of SP3, or outdated drivers for the operating system, or a bad copy of SP3 could cause this to occur.

Your best bet is to completely uninstall VFP6 and reinstall VFP6 and SP3.
