I got an old Pentium 100 from a friend and it is running Linux. I have IP masquerading and firewalling setup. I am on the @home network and have a Win95 and NT box sitting on the inside of the Linux box. I just picked up some nicks at a local computer store clearance for $3 each and was good to go. The nice thing is that if I get a modem for my laptop, I can easily set up mgetty on the Linux box so I can call home and get my email and other things.
