Do we blame Microsoft for this one? New tool, but it's up to you to find it?

I downloaded the filer.dll package for Visual FoxPro 5.0, and the instructions ask for the filer.dll to be registered using REGSVR32 in the "Run" window as follows ...

REGSVR32 C:\filelocation\filer.dll

I have searched the NT 4.0 Workstation CD and my own Windows NT installation, looking in both SYSTEM and SYSTEM 32. It is not in my W95\SYSTEM subdirectories either.

Does anyone have any idea where it may be ?
