In order to share a printer attached to a DOS client system, the DOS client has to be able to share the device. A DOS client can attach a pritner shared by another system through the NET USE command, but that doesn't help if ytou're trying to make a printer on the DOS system available to othgers.

If you really need to share from a DOS system, I'd investigate using Win95/Win98 in DOS compatibility mode.
