You can use your local CompuServe connection now to find the numbers available in L.A. ... there is also an 800 you can dial if all else fails (that's what I did in Palm Springs at DevCon ... it's a bit more expensive, but still way cheaper than long-distance phone calls). I forget what the menu option is from the CompuServe software, but it's something like "Access Numbers" ... I'll be checking for numbers myself, probably later sometime today. But right now, I'm not connected via CompuServe. That's only on my laptop (and just for this purpose ... when I travel) and I don't have that running right now. If I find it before you do, I'll let you know.
