I know this is'nt the right forum..but here goes anyway.

I've found myself using MS Outlook a lot recently (just for storing tel names and calendar details) . I've tried to locate the folder structure but cant. Baically, I just want to do a backup every day of any folders that I update using outlook.

Anybody got any ideas where data is stored in MS Outlook.
