Outlook express or Outlook 98. If OL98:

If your running it locally (not connecting to ExchangeServer) outlook stores everything in a .pst file. Try looking here:
C:\WINNT\Profiles\YourProfileName\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

You can also go the Outlook help and ask the paper clip "backup my folder" and it will tell how to set it up.
