The " SP "s that Wayne is referring to are Service Packs, which are updates to VFP and other Visual Studio products.
SP3 is the most current, and obtaining it will put you right up to date as far as VFP is concerned.
Now I **suspect** that Wayne was a little quick in his answer that "There is nothing special you have to do... . While I have not had the pleasure (hrumph - some pleasure) of employing SQL Server with VFP, I believe that there may be considerable work that you have to do DEPENDING ON HOW YOU HAVE CODED THINGS IN THE (EXISTING) APPLICATION.
