Actually, you always have at least two, the local machine accounts, and the NT domain. The local and domain admin accouns may not have equivalnet privileges on any given machine, dpending on how they were defined.

The local Administrator and the domain's Administrator account are not identical; if you want the Domain Admin account to have local privileges or the reverse, you have to assign the privileges to the accounts.
