I have a grid on a form. I want to stop the user from scrolling to the right. The grid has a vertical scroll bar only, but the user can press TAB to see the other fields. Is there a way to prevent the user from scrolling to the non-visible fields?

(I only want the manager to see these fields, not the clerks, as the fields contain confidential information).
