Where do we go for help when no one on the UT can offer a solution?

The problem I reported a couple of days ago (Invalid Page Fault) seems to have beaten even Ed Rauh and meanwhile I'm totally stuck, the program crashes I run the form more than once. Does anyone know an expert in this kind of problem solving? I have wasted my time previously trying to take problems direct to microsoft and I've never even had a reply so where else can we go?
