Sorry, can't say. I created a quick test project and added the foxpro.h file to the Text Files section and Built the project, an app and an exe and it stayed in the Text Files section. I even closed the project and reopened and it stayed in the Text Files section.

Now that you know it's not VSS, try reposting under a different Category and Subject and see if you get a more insightful response. Good Luck.
