Copied this right out of the vfp help (except for the filename:)

STORE FOPEN('C:\WINNT\Profiles\administrator\Ntuser.dat') TO gnFileHandle

and

?fopen('C:\WINNT\Profiles\administrator\Ntuser.dat')

always returns -1 (couldn't open the file)

I do have rights to the file, and I can open it in notepad. I also successfully opened and read some other files.
