Greetings and Salutations!

Two of us are working on the same project as a team. We are using Visual SourceSafe to keep track of all our code and resources (an experience I sometimes compare to having my teeth pulled out). Anyway, whenever one of us has a table in a database open, irregardless of whether it is opened shared or exclusive, the other person can not create an EXE or APP. The annoyingly simple "File in use" error message blocks our path.

Is there anywy to get past this restriction/hurdle?
